Scale bar in the Title Block linked to the Sheet Viewport

Hello everyone,

What we are trying to do here in the office is to relate a scale bar in the title block to the viewport in the sheet. I tried to find information about it and everything says that it is not possible without using Dynamo.

The reason that I'm not using Dynamo for this is that I don't want to add an extra step in the process for everyone, but just make the title block work automatically without the need of someone to change it manually.

Thanks!

you can try this drag and drop and set the scale and see if helps.

Hi @ennujozlagam ,

Thanks for your reply. I tried to use but if I add this family to the sheet it doesn't make the connection with the viewport, it just make the option of manually set the scale bar. What I need is to relate the specific scale bar (like 1:100) with the viewport (assuming that I have only one viewport in the sheet).
