Saving Materials to a Template/ Materials disappearing

Hello

How can I save Materials in a Revit Template? 

It's very frustrating when I make a lot of custom materials then thansfer/send the project via e-mail to someone else and the materials/texture/images are missing.

Help?

You got to send the image file too.

or next time use dropbox for work and for image thet you attach

I have a lot of images, textures... I understand I can send the images but... There is no way to embed a material to a template without losing it when you send it to someone else or open the project in another pc?

Send them the folder and ask them to add it to the additional library folders.
