saving a project - student version - saving function does not work

one of my students cannot save her projects.

Her username is:

  • 18131@tkcoll.school.nz

can you please instruct / advise how to fix this issue?

The computer comes up with a message regarding licencing issue.

All other students are not having this issue.

is her revit activated? or is she running revit viewer?

with revit there are 2 icons that get created one for revit & 1 for revit viewer which doesn’t allow to save
