why this massage still appear every time when i click (save) and what i should do for it ?? 
note ( i think this massage or this options Prevent loading the conceptual mass in project )

You are saving your project under a name Project1.0001.rvt which means you are working with a backup file. Follow the message to save it under a correct name.
