Save Icon disapeear on upper ribbon - shortcuts

Hi everybody
two weeks ago I lost save icon at the top of shotcuts bar (I don't know how). I tried to recover it by right-clicking with mouse on the bar and look for it, but I haven't found it. There is someone with same problem or can help me to fix it?
