route analysis not going through door

hellow i have a problem with my route analysis.

In the route analysis settings is the door family checked so the route path should go through the door, but it doesn't

I think its something with the door family itself because when I load a default door and close the door it works. Anyone an idea what it could be?

• Are you sure the family is categorized as a Door Family?
• If you select Reveal Obstacles, does the Door Highlight?
• In the Rout Analysis settings, what is your Top and Bottom set to?
  • is the door within those settings?

can you upload the door family you're having the issue with?

hellow i found the problem, in the door family there are generic models so thats why.

Interesting, nested generic model families in the door family were preventing it from being used.  if their location was blocking the minimum pass thru size, I guess that makes sense.
