Thanks for the shout out 🙂 @ToanDN
@jfjacques We are actually working on a tool that will allow you to rotate (unfortunately not done yet). You can manually do it in the meantime... (only super possible if its a simple pattern or you understand trig).
To rotate:
You will just need to adjust the first 1-3 values in the pattern (depending on where each line starts)
The first value is angle, second is x-origin, and then y-origin.
Looking at an example:
Here is a herringbone 1x12 board size:
This is created using our herringbone calculator (this specific calculator) has the ability to rotate the pattern...
1x12 with 0 rotate
Then if we change the grid angle to -45...
1x12 -45 rotate
Notice how only the first 3 values of the "BLUE A" line changed. The "PINK B" line didn't have its origin change since it was already at 0,0. The other values for both lines (shift, offset, dash sequence) are all in reference to itself, so those wont change if you are just trying to rotate the pattern.
We should mention, we are about to be out of beta with a huge v1 update... we're launching in-web drawing trying to make this easier.
