Shifted elements in family at specific dimension

I have made a simple model that was rotated and has only one Constraint that can be changed. At any dimension entered except 48" the model is fine and adjust as it is supposed to. At 48" exactly the two cross support components "explode".

Any help is greatly appreciated. I have attached the family. Just change the dimension "ore length load side" dimension to 48".

Thank You

A better approach is to nest these components in another family, host them to a Ref. Line and then rotate the Ref. Line with the component.

Nothing "exploded" here...

I will end up doing that but I was wondering why it works presently for every dimension but 48".

Ah! I see! Apparently the problem is with your Sweeps. Possibly because your path is not hosted.

Thanks for the help. I'm just going to make it easy and use the nested family.

Another suggestion: if you don't have a geometry edge to host your sweep path to, then host it to a model line that is constrained.  I wouldn't align and lock the sweep path ends/tips themselves.  FWIW.
