Have you tired rotating the crop region?

Get 'inside' the view. Pick on the crop boundary as if you are going to edit it. Rotate it. Then adjust it as necessary.
It will rotate the view OPPOSITE the direction you rotate the frame, so it takes some getting used to.

Those AutoCAD commands will not work in Revit!
Follow these steps
1 - Click on Show Crop View
2 - Modify the view orientation for Project North
3 - Select the viewport and rotate.
