ROTATE VIEW ON SHEETS?

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi,

I have 3 standalone small shelters on a single site but all 3 shelters are at different angles.

Pls advise what is best way to show all 3 building plans views in a single sheet but plans have to be ortho.

Thanks

If you have each of the buildings as separate floor plans you can unhide the crop region for each view, then rotate it to the correct angle and hide it again.

Just a note, you need to rotate the crop region the opposite way you want the buildings to rotate

If you right click on the view and duplicate it as dependent 3 times (and rename as appropriate), then crop down each view so it only shows one of the buildings. You can then leave the original view showing all 3 buildings.

Alex,

Do you mean to duplicate floor plans views just for purpose of rotating crop views?

I tried using callouts but noticed that my CAD link survey plan doesnt appear on callouts. How do I make CAD link visible?

yes. duplicating as dependant should keep any annotations or cad underlays consistent on all the views
