Rotate houses true north

Hello i want to rotate my houses true north position 5 degrees, when i go to rotate true north position and rotate it,it moves my os map in the background. Also when i am going back my floor plans it must be moving the project north position as my working drawings are on skew. Am i missing something simple?

Not entirely sure what you mean. Rotate north will just rotate everything in your project. Rotate your map in the opposite direction. It can be that some views are still on project north, you can change that in the properties window.

Don't rotate the house, rotate the site and enter the Angle to True North into your Project Base Point.

Basically, you want to set up two viewing orientations; Project North and True North.  Kind of like a rotating a sheet of paper you are drawing on.
