Rotate Copy Light Fixtures

I find when using the copy option of Rotate on Light Fixtures, the copy is always rotated twice the distance specified.

For instance: if I were to rotate copy a 2x4 fixture 90 degrees, it would instead copy a 2x4 rotated 180 degrees.

this only seems to affect lighting fixtures within Ceiling Plan views.

I've been able to replicate this 100% on my computer as well as co-workers, using Revit 2015.

I've found workarounds to make due, but I'm wondering if anyone knows of a fix for this?

I'm seeing the similar behavior with Workplane-based Components. If you rotate your fixtures 45° do they turn 45° and end up where you'd expect them to appear when you had rotateded (with copy option) them over 90°?

OMG 2015.
