Room Tags Leader Lines Turn on When Using Align Tool

I have used the align tool by BIM 42 for years, to align room tags, notes, etc. I recently noticed when using Revit 2024 that when I align room tags using the tool, Revit turns on the leader lines for the tags, note that the tags are well within the room.  When I select the room tags to turn off the leader lines, Revit moves the tags back to the center point of the Room. This basically makes the align tool useless for aligning room tags and I am forced to manually align the tags one by one. Anyone know of a solution to this?

Have you discussed this with the developer of the add in?
