Room tag with shared parameter not showing up

Hello...I have a floor plan with room tags.  The project is using a shared parameter file with parameters "Quality", "Suitability" and "Utilization".  It is a project parameter and it does show up as a parameter on the room schedule.

When I add these 3 shared parameters to the room tag and load into the plan they do not show up.  I have checked that the family and project are using the same Shared parameter file.  Any ideas?

Did you also add the Shared Parameter as a Project Parameter assigned to Rooms Category?

If so, did you enter a value for it under the Room's Properties?

when I select the label in the plan there is a "?" where the parameters should show up.  It is not editable like the other parameters in the label.

maybe you have Visibility or a Visibility Parameter unchecked into Project...

Select the Room and in Properties allocate values ( text value ) to your parameters...

Select a room, not a tag, in your project and look at its properties. Do you see the parameter that you added to the room tag label?

The only explanation is the shared parameter for the label is not the same as the parameter added to Rooms category in the project. Let's show a screenshot of the parameter in the project from the Project parameter dialog.

Data Category? you mean Rooms category under the Data group....

Select the room, can you see the values for the parameters in the properties panel....screenshot mayby

If you select the parameter(s) is the project parameters dialog is the "shared" option checked and the "Export" button grey, and the Rooms category checked...

Can you post the project (or transfer parameters to another project file with a room and the tag)

Same SP File, not same SP.  Is that it?
