Room Tag, how to add another paramter that gives option of value?

Hello, 

I am trying to add a material into the Room Tag. How come all the paramters above has a square box? How do I add a square box for the 3rd row?

If I get your doubt, there's 2 ways: you can use Line do draw a rectangle around the text, or you can mark the checkbox Display borders in the label type properties. The second way is better because adjusts automatically around the content.

Sorry my question must have been unclear. I am not talking about a square box around the text. I am referring to the parameters. 

See how Vis- Room Number, Vis Room Area & Vis Imperial Area all have the value and a box to tick. How do i do the same for Vis - Material?

The 2 parametres above are Yes/No parameters

The material parameter you added is a different type...if you want it to be a Yes/No, you need to delete it and recreate it selecting the right type

As mentioned above...delete it and recreate it with the right parameter type see image in previous reply

However...note that the value of a Yes/No can only be True or False

• what you referred to as value field is actually a formula field
• Yes / No in such case are used for Visibility control of the Labels in the tag family
