Room separation line selectable but not visible

Two plan views share the same view template, room separation lines are visible in one view but not in the other, selectable in both views. Any explanation?

not checked in the view template or room's separation line could be hide manually?

I think I answered my own question - the line is hidden by a toposurface

checked all of them, it turned out that it was hidden by a toposurface on Level 1. I am not sure why it was not hidden in the Level 2 view though
