Hi,
I'm not familiar with this issue but you can try this:
- Maybe both users should try and create a new local file. When working in BIM360/ACC try to clear the Collaboration cache and see if the problem still exists.
- Or create a new central file and users create a new local file.
Select Accept as Solution and Likes are always welcome.
