Editing Request Notification From a Specific User Not Showing Up

I have a weird one for you all today. I have one user who is not receiving editing request notifications from one specific other user. They are receiving the notifications from other users, but not from this specific one. Any ideas?

Hi,

I'm not familiar with this issue but you can try this:

- Maybe both users should try and create a new local file. When working in BIM360/ACC try to clear the Collaboration cache and see if the problem still exists. 

- Or create a new central file and users create a new local file.
