Room Separation Issue

I am trying to adjust an area of the building that has recently gained more square footage. I have deleted the room and placed new room separators for the space but there seems to be a hidden separation line somewhere that I cannot seem to find. I have turned on the visibility for both room separation lines and space separation lines. Any suggestions??

Attached is a screenshot.. highlighted area is desired room space; blue arrow indicates the invisible line that prevents me from placing the room.

I can suggest two options:

1. Press Reveal Hidden Elements Button at the bottom of viewport besides scale and stuff. try to find in there.

2. Or select whole plan via left cricking dragging curser through right to left selecting everything. now Select filter option from ribbon and only select the Room Separation Lines. NowFind the one that is at the wrong place.

I had a coworker with a similar issue. It turned out to be the room separator was on a workset that was globally not visible. Even using the reveal hidden elements will not work to see things that are globally not visible.
