Room Calculation Point

I have created a room placard family (attached) and it works 90% of the time (I have two families, placing it inside or outside of the room). I am using the room calculation to pull the room and level information. The error is arising when I insert it into my workstation family. I have 1440 workstations, but 341 of them aren't pulling any information. I have figured out the following:

• project is 16 floors
• floors 6 and 8 are an earlier bid pack (phase 1)
• signage is all the same phase (phase 2)
• all workstations on 6 and 8 aren't pulling room and level information (if i delete the workstations, i have no more unidentified floors/rooms)
• i have tried changing the phase of the view, and the workstations--no change

Rooms are phase dependent. So if your rooms are phase 1 and signage phase 2 then it is correct that your signage will not see the room.

Create/Copy your rooms also in/to phase 2.
