Help with Revision Schedule! Revision Check Box Greyed Out!

So here's the thing. I am using Revit 2016 and work in Seattle, WA. Out here we have many many many drawing set Submits that we have to do and they all mean all different things. For our Land Use Permit Set, we have 30%-100% and whatever and we have to cloud revisions that have been picked up at every step along the way. We just submitted that yesterday to the city, but can't get rid of the clouds just yet. We now today have to issue a DD set to the owner and we don't want the Land Use Revision to be in the Revision Schedule anymore for this. This is just for the client and they don't need to see that information. I have turned off the Clouds and Tags in the 'Show' column in Sheet Issues/Revisions... Now I want to turn off the Description, but it is Greyed out and checked. Can you get rid of that without deleting all the clouds?? Autodesk help! Washington State has SO MANY submittals that this program needs to be a little more forgiving. Please help

Ah. Hmmm I may keep looking around. I was hoping that they had something already built into Revit itself. Thanks

Hello @Anonymous

With the theatrical narration on the Washington State and submissions and Seatttle I kinda lost track on the actual question! My understanding is that you have a submission to your client and you don't want to show some revisions which were made for the City... If you don't want to show the Revision on the title block; you might as well hide the Cloud on the sheet...which solves your issue if it is what I understood it is

On the sheet>>select the cloud of the revision >> right click >> hide in view >> element or (category if you want to hide them all)

This will hide the cloud + tag + Discription in title block

That didn't work at all. I hid the clouds like you said and it doesn't hide the description of it. Doesn't even allow me to uncheck it on the sheet.

That seems to work for your computer, but for some reason that didn't turn off the schedule in my file. Something could be wrong with my file, I guess

Seems to have worked for them, but on my computer, it doesn't. I have no idea why that would be

Must have been a revision that I missed. I tried it on another page and it worked! Thank you
