Room Calculation Arrow not working in Window Family

I am using Revit 2016.  I have added a room calculation arrow to my window family, but for some reason when I load it into my project and I add my Room to and from Name to my schedule, nothing shows up (Like the attached picture "Window Schedule")

I have also included an image of the floor plan view of my window family showing the room calculation arrow.

Any ideas why this isn't working? Or suggestions on ways to fix it?

Thanks in advance!

Can be different things.

-Are your room calculation points long enough that the get out of the wall and into the room?

-Do you have rooms placed?

-Are your rooms and scheudle matching in phasing?

Yes to all of your questions.

Your rooms are also in the same file as the windows (i.e rooms not in a linked file)?

Maybe you can  upload a subset of your project (i.e few rooms) so that we can have a look?

Yes, they are within the same project. I will get a file ready to upload shortly.

Thanks for your help!

I'm not experienced in this particular area of Revit's functionality, but...

What elevation is your calculation point at, and does it fall within the height of your rooms? And I don't know if it matters, but what is the room computation height at in your project file?

Attached is a partial project. I threw my floor plan and window schedule on a sheet.

Let me know what you think!

Thanks

I tried adjusting the elevation of the calculation points and that didn't seem to make a difference.  My rooms are from floor level to 9'-0"

It is claiming my room computation height is 0'-0". I am not sure why that is...

If I look at the rooms they hare in the phase "New Construction". If I check your windowsschedule it is based on phase "Project Completion".

If I change the windows schedule to "New Construction" the From Room starts to show up.

Note: Rooms only exist in the pase they are created in
