Is there a possibility to change room area calculation method?

for room area i want offset from walls or want include with door threshold area.??

Yes, from Architecture > Room and Area > Area and Volume Computations > Computations > Room Area Computation - your have 4 options of calculations. For a good vizualization , from VGO , check Model Categories > Rooms > Interior Fill

i know this

but not include door threshold area or window...curtain wall area.

also sometimes are walls drawing without plaster ....but for investor i need room area with plaster....then i need boundary without plaster...

If you need such level of precision, you may want to create an area plan and manually draw the area boundary lines where you want them.

I see and understand.

1. You may still want to change the Room Area Calculation to At wall core layer as suggested.  That wold take care of the finish layer given your walls are modeled properly.
   
   
2. Add modifier parameter(s) to your Rooms and use it to enter the remnant area such as threshold, sill, and whatnots.  It may be entered manually or you can even come up with some formulas to make the task easier.  For example, based on the quantity of doors, thickness of wall, and overall length of windows/ curtain walls, etc...
   
3. Add a calculated value parameter = Room Area + Modifier.  This would be your presented Room Area.
