scope box - with view break?

Can you save a scope box with a view break?  I have a bunch of floor plans - 32 to be exact that have a view break in each one.  Can you save a scope box to resize the crop box so that I do not have to break each crop box individually?  Thanks.

Regards Peter.

In a related issue here is a screen cap of my first 4 plans laid out on a sheet.  As well as having the scope box be able to be loaded with the view breaks, I would like to be able to have the grid bubbles be lined up automatically.  See the attached image how they are not lined up.  Again I would like to have this done automatically if possible, so I do not have to stretch the grid bubbles down to line them up on the sheet in each view.

Is that what the "propagate extents" is used for?  I tried it and it didn't seem to affect the other open views.  Please advise.  Thanks again.

Regards Peter.

Hi @Anonymous,

You can not create scope boxes for view breaks.
As for the grid lines, select the grids, then propagate extents and select the views.
You can also select the grids and apply the same scope box as the views.

Thanks - scope boxes are fine, I guess.  Maybe a future release.

grid propagation - I select all the grids in the view I would like to propagate and when I hit the "propagate extents" button nothing happens.  am I missing a step?

Does it adjust the elbow to match as well?  There are a couple of grids that are close together so I would like it to match the elbows as well for the grids that have those.  Thanks again.

Nothing happens when I select the grids and hit the propogate button???

The views use a defined scope box and also are split views.  Does that have anything to do with my inablility to propogate extents of the girds?  Thanks.

Regards Peter.
