Rooflight familes inserting incorrectly

Hi, I have a recurring problem with inserting rooflight families into a pitched roof.  In one example I downloaded a Velux rooflight family, but when I insert it into my model the cill is at the top of the window, with the head of the window where the cill should be.  The window is hosted by the pitched roof.  Have I somehow set up my roof incorrectly (I'm not sure how this is possible)?  I am now having a similar problem with a glazed ridgelight.  I am working in Revit LT 2019.  Any help would be much appreciated!

Can you attach the rooflight family?

This is the new one I'm having issues with - it's a glazed ridgelight but is snapping to the wrong roof slope and therefore inserting incorrectly.

It's the roof created in Phase "New Construction" I'm trying to insert it into.

Try pressing the TAB key as you are placing the roof light.

Oh!  Thanks!  Feel a bit stupid now!  I'll try that on the velux rooflights too and see if that sorts it.
