Roof walk pad components appearing and not appearing on a roof plan

I have placed roof walk pad family set on a roof level. The roof plan shows the location of some of the roof pads, however the other roof pads are not appearing in the roof plan. The 3d view shows all the roof pads in place. How can I show all the roof walk pads on the roof plan?

Check view range and make sure the view range bottom or view depth are capturing the lowest pad.
