Roof Help - Hip!

Can anybody help?

At corners the roof slopes don't meet (see circle on attached drawing).

How do I solve this?

Select the roof

Go to Edit Footprint

It seems that there are unequal slopes on opposite sides of the roof. Select each line and play with the slope numbers on them.

However All three roof slopes are the same angle.

....and the roof is not liking it. Which is why you will need to play with the slopes.

Are the two side boundary lines having an overhang distance added to them?

Not sure why it did this.

Solution draw a square plan of any roof with angles the same then edit the roof to match proposed roof plan and angles.

That is what happens when you have edges with overhang adjoining edges without overhang.  They should consistent, one way or another.

Hello @Anonymous

Offset From Roof Base might be your problems.

The boundary lines which toggle slope should have an equal value or  must be zero value.

I think you put a value in it that is why the corners don't meet each other perfectly.
