Right justification scale label

I currently have view title with right indent "nts" label located at 1/5 of title block width (given 5x4 detail block array on the sheet). 

Is there a way to lock this label (group) to the right of the  adjustable OTB line ?

No, but you can exclude it from the View Title.

Not align no...BUT if you have predefined formats/template for view ports you can give the scale an offset parameter which you can adjust for different view ports...kinda align but using a parameter
