Revit2021 exporting to dwg is too slowly

Hello,  I am confused about revit exporting to dwg is slowly in my office computer. For instance, when I need to export the view to dwg, It can waste me many hours to use that. So I would export the file whlie I back home. Sometimes, It's quickly to finished.

The colleague what has the same computer export the file fast but open revit file so so so slowly.

Does anyone has those problems? How do we solve it? Tks.

Windows 10 pro 64 bit,

intel(R)Core(TM) i9-10900F CPU @2.8GHz (20 CPUs),~28GHz
32GB RAM

Hello Della,
try to update your driver. you can also get the latest update from Nvidia: https://www.nvidia.com/download/index.aspx

If your driver has been already updated, check your PC if you can make some free space on it.

you can also clear Revit Dump from these folders:

C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Revit\Autodesk Revit 2021\Journals

C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Local\Temp

There is also Minimum system Reqierment for revit 2021. It seems your office PC meets the reqirements but some other factors you need to check twice 🙂
