Revit zoom to fit zoomed too much and tag annotations are cropped

When you print, which setting are you using? Also is the sheet set to 100% scale? If you choose visibility portion of current window and 100%, it will cropped the annotation. 

So you may want to modify the setup and change the zoom. If don't want to do that, then change the paper size to larger than letter/A4 size.
