How to create a custom Site Summary Table (schedule) ?

Hello

I need to create a Site Summary Table for a small project which has to contain the following  data as in the image.

What is the easiest way to do it?  Data will mostly be entered manually. Is it possible to add all these parameters to a Topography or site category? What is a workflow for this?

Or should I use custom Title Block?

There are two approaches to address this:

  1. Drafting View: This involves incorporating lines, tables, and text directly. You can construct the necessary elements within a drafting view.

  2. Note Block Schedule: Alternatively, you can create a Generic Annotation that includes the required parameters and labels, following the layout depicted in the provided image. Subsequently, generate a note block schedule and place it within the sheet.

In my implementation, I designed a Generic Annotation, integrated the essential parameters, and established labels within the family, adhering to the design showcased in the image. This was followed by the creation of a note block schedule, facilitating its seamless inclusion within the designated sheet.

Thanks! In order to have it shown as a vertical list I need to add all the parameters inside a single label?

If I add multiple labels for each line the schedule will be formated horizontally, which is an old limitation of Revit that you cannot transpose schedules.

Also where do you enter the values for the parameters?

Just wanted to share a couple of Revit 2017 resources that might come in handy:

  1. Creating a List of Notes in Revit 2017: Link

  2. Calculated Values in Tags: Link

Hope you find these useful for your projects!
