Revit Wood framing extension

Was wondering why Autodesk hasn't created another extension for versions 2019 and newer for the Wood framing or stud framing, like there was in 2016-17 versions. The Residential industry building code for permitting require a framing detail and most of my contractors want to see the framing and it assists in costs.

Thanks

Options are to use Revit Structural Beams and Columns and Framing or....spend roughly $5,000 for StrucSoft MWF software.  Shall I toss a coin in the air to help you decide?  Heads Revit Wins; Tails StrucSoft MWF Wins? 😉

Even Autodesk solution suggest alternative. Yikes....sometimes I wonder if Autodesk would make their plugin compatible with future releasing rather than set to specific release date or make that as the feature for future release rather than keeping it as plugin. You wonder why Architects are writing an open letter complaining about the development isn't up to snuff. I've open a model that use extension plugin from release 2014 and no it is longer available. The model keep crashing in newer release because it cannot find the plugin. This is why I avoid having any plugin until Autodesk put those plugin into the main software feature.

it's understandable that you're wondering why Autodesk hasn't released another extension for Wood Framing or Stud Framing in versions 2019 and newer. While I don't have disclosing access to specific information about Autodesk's development plans, it's possible that they may have chosen to focus on other features or improvements based on user feedback, market demand, or technical considerations.
