I recently uninstalled revit 2013 (student version) so that I could install revit 2018 student version. I installed it, which stated it was a successful install but when I click it to launch, it just opens the screen where it should say initializing etc. and stays stuck here. I have attached an image below of what happens when I try to open/launch revit 2018. Also, I received in an email the license information and serial number but there is no where for me to activate the license on or for revit, does this have something to do with it? Need help as soon as possible please!
