Revit windows material appears solid in Lumion

I can't change any window parts material in exported fbx model to Lumion, all of the windows appear as a whole component, even though I have different materials assigned to glass and frame in Revit window family. How can I fix that?

Are the different materials using a different Appearance Asset?

There are default Revit materials with no assets, do I have to create custom ones?

You don't "create" Assets. You assign Appearance Assets from the Asset Browser to the Material .  The Appearance Asset is what you see when you Render.
