Revit Topo - controlling contour lines

I have labeled contour line 1137' which shows up as a primary contour, whereas I would like 1135' to be one of the primary contour lines. 

So basically I want to adjust which elevations are the primary contours. Is this possible?

Open the dialogue Site Settings (opened by pressing the arrow in lower-right corner of Massing Site under Massing & Site Tab).

Ive looked in that box and changed #s high and low but don't seem to be able to get what I'm looking for.

Change "Passing Through Elevation" to -2' or +3' see what happens.

Check your Start and stop interval includes your site heights as well.
