Revit Title Block Size and Printing

Revit 2019 - when starting a new project using the Architectural Template with the pre-loaded titleblocks - the sizes available are only ANSI, correct? (not ARCH). So to print to scale from a PDF, I need to set the paper size to ANSI 22x34 (not 24"x36")?  This is confusing, since I am working from the architectural template (not engineering) and the standard USA paper sizes for architectural drawings are ARCH A, B, C, D. Is this correct? And if I need to print to 24"x36" paper size, is there anyway I can get the drawing to print to scale (1/4"=1'-0") regardless of the titleblock size?

You can load other titleblock families for ARCH sizes, or create your own families based on a Titleblock family template.
