Revit Team Viewer not able to pull dimensions or see lines clearly from drawings

Having similar problems as noted here:

Have tried all this fixes, changed view templates, turned sketchy lines etc. off and still its rastering and not creating vector view so the contractors cannot pull dimensions or clearly see what they are working with.

Yes, they are turned off.

Share the file here.  You can delete the entire model, but leave the views where the problem occurs intact so that we can dig in the view settings.
