Revit student version Error: "The file could not be translated.-1"

I am using revit 15 student version and when I try to launch the Render in Cloud feature , the following error message is displayed:

A problem occurred.
The file could not be translated.-1

I would like to know if there is a solution for it.

Was the file created in an older version of Revit? I've had the same problem when rendering a project that was started in R2014.

Appartently the problem lies with the stairs and the data that is attached to it.

Delete the stairs in the project, "save as" and try to render first without any stair. If this works, redraw your stairs.

Please mention Revit version, especially when uploading Revit files.
