Revit Student edition - help not working

I have recently downloaded Student edition of Revit 2016 and the help files dont open from the program. They are installed as I can manually find them through windows explorer, but dont link up from the software, can anyone help please?

Sorry to hear about the issue. I would just suggest disabling your antivirus and reinstalling the program from the virtual agent.
