Revit server

Hi, im planing in buying a server but i dont  know wich one to buy. Its for 30 users also some of them will be working in autocad , if someone can give me some advice in wich processor is ideal .

You mean a server, that's going to be used for Revit files storage and worksharing, not an actual Revit Server right?

As far as I know, any server will be able to handle Revit files. Since you're probably going to be using lots of workshared files, I believe your biggest concern should be network bandwidth and stability.

revit server , it say 6+ and 3.0Ghz + , but does that mean user per core?? 30 user=30 cores??

Revit Server is only for Revit being used between multiple offices...and you will need more than one.

So you will need a fileserver if you want both Revit and Autocad on the same server just in your office.
