revit server administrator is blank (RNS file checked)

hi experts,

i have a problem about the revit server administrator.

it is working fine with synchronize file and save on revit server. when i try to open the administrator page first time,  the page asked me to install microsoft sliverlihgt,  after installed the plugin and reload, the page goes blank now.

I checked the RSN file on the server and client both, so i am sure it is in the correct situation, then i have no idea now.

any tips about this?

As I said  I ALREADY CHECKED ALL RSN.ini file is in the correct path and correct ip (see attachment), and it doesn't show any error message when I open the revit server administrator page, the page still is a BLANK page when I try to access, but the synchronize function is working fine, thank for replay anyway.

We have been having this same problem for years and haven't had luck finding a solution.  Seems related to the combination of profile and workstation used to access the page.  For instance, User A can access on Workstation B, but not on their own Workstation A.  On the other hand, User B can access on Workstation A, but not on Workstation B.   Our IT team has been looking into it, starting with a Silverlight issue, but I'm not sure it's related to that either.

Have you had any luck since this post?

Yes, I read it and try to solve problem and not work with revit server 2021

looks kinda stupid but:

i've just installed RS2019 on my winsrv2022, configured everything as usual and got the same at several different virtual servers:

/revitserveradmin2019/#/FilesPage was white blank (browsing locally, remotely, FQDN or IP doesn't matter - and with Revit itself working fine - browsing contents of RS, syncing and so on )

what i did:

1- deleted my rsn.ini

2-rebooted

after this /revitserveradmin2019/#/FilesPage has some content (title, buttons etc.) but target server is not listed on the left side

3- now i put back again rsn.ini with FQDN of my win server and rebooted

after this everything goes fine in all over 10 of my installations 

i just hope it's not a real solution
