Revit Schedule misbehavior

Has anyone else seen this?
I am trying to filter out only Mechanical sheets from a MEP consultant Revit model called MEP.

When I filter any sheet number that "BEGINS WITH" letter "M", I get an incomplete list. (note last sheet number is M441)

When I filter any sheet number that "CONTAINS" letter "M", I get a more accurate list, but obviously, this method is not ideal, as other disciplines may have sheets like "EM201" that could show up in the list.

Why is Revit behaving this way?

Smells like some weird hidden character. I would open the MEP file, copy the value of the Sheet Number from the Properties window, paste it into a text editor like Notepad++, then turn on all symbols and hidden characters. I don't know if there's anything you can do with that other than to tell MEP to delete and re-enter their sheet number.

Same issue. I would question it if that was the solution to fix this as it would still be an odd behaviour!

Interesting...

I have also tried searching for sheets with "P" for the plumbing, and I'm not getting any sheets that begins with P, but getting bunch of sheet when filtring sheets that contains P. (P001, P002, etc.)

All's I can say is that I 've fought with Revit Schedule Filter's "logic" before and lost.

I thought @JasonKunkel made an interesting point. I can see the validity of it.

They may have added Unicode characters prefix to sheet number to sort them.
