Revit Schedule - Custom Parameters

I am trying to find a way to use custom parameters to populate a revit schedule with information from different phases. For Example, I have a project where I am changing room numbers from the existing numbering to new construction numbering (existing classroom 2 becomes classroom 31 in new construction). Both phases, existing and new construction, have rooms placed and tagged with their corresponding name and number. I want to know if there is any way to create a custom parameter to match the existing rooms to their new number all in the same schedule.

Room only exist per phase. Once you placed a room in one phase, it won't show up in another. So you have to add another room and schedule it differently. So you don't need to create special tag since you can assign different number for different phase.
