Hello,

Does anyone know if you can change the ugly revision cloud double arc to a single arc instead?

Professionals you call them? 😂 I was under the impression they were called tradesmen because you could trade the whole crew and not know the differences, journeymen because no one knows how they have made it this far along the journey alive,  and craftsmen because it is their witchcraft that everyone banks on to keep the project alive. Well, I think it's time to add one more to that list for Revit.   Draftsmen because we only make a bunch of hot air about how ugly Revit is.

Wow, such negativity. It must suck to be in your world.

Drafting is a breeze and Revit doesn't always work the way you think it should.

The picture of the rev cloud turned core drill the exact reason why you should use calligraphy for rev clouds.  When the foreman goes and spray paints the floor thin/thick/thin, the drill boy will be confused and ask the question, and I would rather wait two weeks to get that RFI than the one of how to patch the 6' hole in the center of the stage.

Also, the Revit clouds are ugly and look like they were drawn by a pre-schooler.

Calligraphic revisions clouds are an eyecandy and all but if your contractor is the kind who manages to core drill a non-calligraphic revision cloud then he might still do the same seeing a calligraphic one, with some extra slab edge grinding to create the calligraphy effect.  Then you would have to pay him extra.

That is for AutoCAD 2024. We are in a Revit forum.
Both are Autodesk products but they are 2 different programs.
