I have a drawing with 3 views, front elevation, plan and 3D view.
When I do a print to pdf , or a print preview, a line shows up in the front elevation which is not visible in the project. (It's the horizontal one near the bottom).
What could be causing this?

Is there:
1. CAD linked or imported into your project?
2. Any other Revit models linked into your project?
If so, try turning them off.
Also--Try changing print settings-- Raster or Vector, Presentation Quality, etc.
Look at the Front Elevation view with Show Hidden (the little light bulb) on. If you see the line, you can hide / delete it.
I'm pretty sure there are no external links but I will check for sure when I am back at work.

Regards,
Yes, I found out what was causing it.
It was a pump family that was loaded in the project. It looked as if there was some sort of border around the family that came in with it.
Removing the family removed the line.
But I would still like to know what the item was.
Appreciate you getting back to us! ![]()
Happy to note that you were able to solve the issue.
Good luck with the project!
