Revit Profile

Can someone please tell me how to get the profile or how to do the profile foundation of sectional elevation in revit? Do I have just draw it in 2D using detail line?

To understand better, do you use any of the Foundation tools?

No I haven't. Can I use that and make a duplicate and edit. or can I just
draw using line tool? and also can I also use that also for topography
(earth symbol) section?

You can certainly draw using Detail lines but why not use these tools for what they are?  Yes you can make copy, make different types, etc....

You can use topography tool to create a real topo surface.  But if you are not up to it yet, you can use Filled Regions with earth pattern to show it on sections.

Thank, how about creating wall types? Can i just use drafting tools and reference it. Or do I have to use the default revit walls.
