Revit model independently rolls back to the previous version

Hi everyone,

Maybe some of you had this strange problem and found the solution.

While I am modeling something in Revit, the program hangs for a few seconds and Revit automatically rolls back to the previous version (or what I was doing 10-15 minutes ago).
As I noticed it happened a few times when I was working inside group.

Thanks in advance,

Sounds like you are working in an Editing Mode for something when Revit suddenly closes out of Editing Mode without saving work.   Hence, all the work done inside Editing Mode is lost.  If so, it's hard to know what the cause would be. Likely, it's user error.  Although, there is usually a warning when you close out of Edit Mode telling you that changes will not be saved.

Are you working on dual monitors? That warning may be popping up off screen and you can't see it.

Thanks for the idea. But after this "rollback" I also can't do an "Undo". I mean, all history disappears, even what I did before I started editing group.
The problem appeared with a new laptop.

So, what are you saying? The problem only happens on your laptop? Well, it shouldn't happen at all.  Like I said, this is a hard one to diagnose.  Maybe a clean uninstall/reinstall is in order here. Or maybe it's hardware-related and a new laptop is in order. Dunno.

You know, I have another thought here...an Add-on could be the culprit.  Temporarily disable Add-ons to verify.
