Revit Measurements

Hi, I am trying to draw somethings on Europe measurement standart and even I change the units for example from inches to centimeters, wall's measurements are still given to me on inches. I need to see them on millimeters.  I bought my computer at USA, maybe cause of this they are all set for inches, pounds, etc. but I need to use this program according to Europe standart. How can I fix this ? Can anybody help me ? Thank you so much...

You need to start your Revit Project using the Metric Template .rte

Go to Options=>File Locations an repath all your locations to the US Metric Folder.

....and in ...File Locations=>Places as well.

Thank you for your answer, that was helpful for me but I am wondering something. Should I do this for each time ? I mean can architectural template is opened on metric version at each time ? Also what is the difference between architectural template and default template ?

      Thank you so much...

Thank you for your answer but it can be funny for you, I could not do that. I do not know  how to use revit yet so I could not find the options and could not do all the other things you say. Can you explain me clearly, sorry about that 😞
        Thank you...
