Revit 2019 keynote legend missing keynotes

Just as the title says, I'm having an issue with keynote legends in Revit 2019 missing keynotes. I tag an item in the view, it populates in the legend for that sheet like expected. I continue working as normal, then when I print, I notice many keynotes are missing from the legend although they're visible in the view. I check the sheet in revit, and sure enough, they keynotes that were originally there when tagged have disappeared.

I've tried some of the workarounds posted for previous versions, like adjusting the view crop, but they seem to only work temporarily. And eventually when I print, I find that they've disappeared again.

We've had this issue in a previous version... I believe it was 2016 or 2017. At that time there was an update that solved it. Has this issue been addressed for 2019 as of yet?

I have a set that I need to issue pretty soon, and I can't have random keynotes not appearing on the sheets. I would set the legend to display all keynotes on every page, regardless of whether it appears in the view, but unfortunately there are just too many to fit on the sheet.

Are you using Dependent Views? If so, there is a known bug with Keynote Legends and Dependent Views.

"Temporary Fix" is to turn off and back on the Annotation Crop in each View place on Sheet with Keynote Legend.

No permanent fix by Autodesk that I am aware of.

No, these are all independent views.

Adjusting the cut plane to lower than the associated level seems to have done the trick! I didn't return it to it's original position as suggested in the article because it warns that changes will cause it them to disappear again. I just moved the cut plane as low as I could without compromising the view. I will monitor it to see if it lasts. Hopefully the next print will have all the keynotes still visible!

Thanks!

These work arounds (this thread there are (2) I see, but I have also seen others) work for that immediate work session you are in, but I am finding that in RVT22 the Keynotes having issues tend to disappear once again upon reloading the central model after that previous work session. I have been getting screwed by plan review because of this. I guess I need to comb through all the sheets after plotting and make sure all the KNs are showing like I use to do when using ACAD. Please fix this issue, ADSK!
