Revit - Lumion live-sync existing phase appearance.

I'm new to Lumion and I just installed Live-sync with Revit.

The project I'm currently working on is an addition to an existing school. The problem I'm running into is the appearance of the existing building stays grey in Lumion, though in Revit I have it set to show complete. Without changing the phasing of the existing building (need to keep separation of existing from new for construction documents) how do I change the lumion model from displaying the grey existing appearance to display the assigned material (i.e. red brick running bond).

Did you open a 3D perspective view with phase filter set to Show Complete when livesync?

@ToanDN technically, I opened a 3D view (which was already set to "Show Previous + New") and then began live-sync. After live-sync was initiated, that is when I noticed that the entire existing building displayed grey instead of the assigned material, except one wall that was misphased as "new". The wall that was misphased did display the correct material, until I edited the phase back to "existing". Then, I changed the 3D view phase filter to "show complete", and the view in Revit shows everything correctly, but the view in Lumion still has the existing phased objects as grey.

Are you suggesting that I start a new live-sync session with the phase filter already set to "show complete"?

@ToanDN If so, that worked. Thank you! I see your responses all the time on other forums....you're a legend!

I don't think you need to restart the livesync session. If you have Lumion and Revit windows side by side, after changing Revit view's phase filter, you can click on Lumion window and it should update , at least that is what it always does for me.  But it is a good practice to start livesync from a view with all the settings that you want.

I've had issues with this in Twinmotion. I've had to close and reopen everything to get it to show the correct phase filter. Not sure if its on the rendering software end or if its something with Revit not exporting correctly.
