Revit LT is unable to locate a point cloud file even when RCS is in correct file path.

Hello, I have a project file in Revit 2020 with a point cloud file (RCS) loaded into it. Sent it to someone who works in Revit LT 2020.

I've looked through the Help section and understand Revit LT 2020 cannot import point clouds or manage links. I've made sure in Revit 2020, when importing the point cloud, that the file path is relative.

I've done the following in Revit 2020,

- Under Options > File Locations > Root path for point clouds > " C:\Users\username "

- After importing the point cloud file, under Manage Links, the point cloud file's Saved Path reads " ..\..\Vic001\Pointcloud.rcs "

- I've made sure to create a folder titled " Vic001 " with the "Pointcloud.rcs" file in it. This folder is located in the C: drive, under Users and the relevant User Profile.

It opens fine when I test it out on several computers internally but for some reason the person receiving our file always sees the 'Unresolved References' prompt upon opening the file in Revit LT 2020. When they click on 'Show Details' it specifies the file path of the point cloud as " ..\..\Vic001\Pointcloud.rcs ". I've seen that they followed the exact steps as I've described above and the point cloud just doesn't show up.

Can someone please tell me what I might be doing wrong?
